In our workforce development program will help prepare our youth to seek or obtain employment, and to keep their jobs once they are hired. Training/instruction could be: Preparing a resume or job application.

Our leadership program will help our youth to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, set personal and professional goals. Our main focus help to prepare the next generation of leaders.

—Multimedia Youth Talks
Our youth talks programming is leadership by itself. We teach the youth how to have persuasive discussions with others. We show them its okay to disagree and agree but keep it respectful.
